The aim of Infinity Movement classes is to ensure that all students experience dance in a fun, friendly, positive, inclusive and safe environment. In order to achieve this, please take note of the following guidelines. We would like to stress the importance of these guidelines in assuring the wellbeing of all students in the class. Any student unable or unwilling to adhere to the ethos of the school will be asked to leave after reasonable notice in line with the Schools Terms & Conditions.

Registration - For insurance and safety purposes all students must be registered in advance of attending classes. Infinity Movement can only accept responsibility for enrolled students during class time.

Punctuality - It is vital that students arrive in good time for their classes. If students are late for class it will impede learning, cause disruption to others and place themselves at risk of injury should they miss the warm up section of the class.

Attendance - Regular attendance is extremely important. If students do not attend on a regular basis, then the development of the class and the individual student will be affected.

Anti-Bullying Policy - Infinity Movement commits to anti-bullying. We provide a safe and supportive community that fosters a lifelong love for dance and creative expression. In order to guarantee that all of our students are able to best pursue their passion, we have implemented a comprehensive Anti-Bullying Policy applicable to all students, guardians and staff.

Infinity Movement will not tolerate bullying in any form; physical , emotional, social or otherwise. Since our goal is to empower others and embrace individuality, one documented bullying event may result in immediate termination of enrolment.

As per the policy above, Infinity Movement recognises that bullying does not just occur between students. Parents or guardians who harass another student, guardian or staff member, may also have

repercussions which could lead to suspension or termination of student.

Please report any incidents of bullying you experience or witness immediately.

There will be no refunds given if a student is suspended or enrolment is terminated due to a bullying occurrence.

At Infinity Movement , respect and compassion are two of our core values. Our students have a right to learn and develop their art in a positive and respectful environment.

Uniform - It is extremely important that students come to classes dressed in dance class appropriate clothing in order to work correctly and safely in class. We ask that all students make a concerted effort to come to class with their hair tied up and off their face for safety reasons.

Drop Off/Collection - Parents/guardians are asked to drop off students directly before the start of their class. Students must be collected promptly at the end of class in line with their drop off and collection protocols.

Personal Property - Students should make sure that they keep their valuable personal items safely with a bag at all times. Infinity Movement regrets that we cannot be held responsible if items go missing.

Remuneration and Fees - As per the Terms and Conditions term fees must be paid before the student’s first class of each term. Failure to do so may result in withdrawal from classes.
